Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We deliver across South Africa from our base in Mokopane, Limpopo using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:
  • Local (Mokopane & surrounding areas): 1–3 business days
  • National (major cities such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town): 3–5 business days
  • Outlying / Rural areas: 5–7 business days
⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your PPE order.
  • Heavy or bulk PPE items (e.g., safety boots, helmets, overalls in large quantities) may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above R5,000 (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery status online.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm).

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery:
  • The courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • Alternatively, your parcel may be held at the nearest depot for collection.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within South Africa.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
